Return Policies: There are absolutely no Returns unless approved by Manufacturer. All Return “Requests” must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the Product(s). This will allow for a Return within 30 days IF approved by Manufacturer.

State and local government, higher education, k-12 public, private and charter schools, Volunteer Fire Departments, Public Safety Entities, County Hospitals, Public Hospitals, and Hospital Districts.

 

National (Outside of Texas) Eligibility Overview

Texas Government Code defines the eligible customers who can purchase information technology commodities through DIR Contracts & Services.

 

The Interstate Cooperation Agreement (ISC) enables you to purchase from any contract available through the Cooperative Contracts program.

State and local government, higher education, k-12 public, private and charter schools, Volunteer Fire Departments, Public Safety Entities, County Hospitals, Public Hospitals, Hospital Districts, and Public entities outside Texas, as defined by:

TGC 2054.0565 



Before purchasing any technology commodity, out-of-state public entities must have an executed Interstate Cooperation Contract (ISC). 

 

1.     Download the Interstate Cooperation Contract form



2.     Email the completed form to interstatecontracts@dir.texas.gov



Upon review by DIR, an executed copy of the agreement will be sent to you, at which time you may begin using DIR’s cooperative contracts.
